3.2.7. Clumped beans (clusters) and double beans

Clumped beans and doubles are rejected together with foreign matter during cleaning and can represent a serious loss to manufacturers. 

Because they may not be collected in stab samples, the entire contents of sacks have to be inspected, either during grading of subsequent supplies or in cases of arbitration.
